I ordered one through my work for 20.50 shipped (10') and it has all the sheilding and even has a plenum jacketing so it won't actively burn. The company I got it through was QVS, you prolly won't get quite the same deal, but try qvs.com and give them a call.
 
If you live near a Radioshack (who doesn't) they carry both regular DVI cables and the premium Monster Cable DVI cables.
