Buying a specific cable

Hi everyone,

I'm looking if this is already manufactured in the wild, what I'm looking for is a double male ended 3.5mm audio cable, 1 side is fine with the left and right channels on the same rings, but the other side, they're connected to the microphone ring, to record essentially. Is this available?
 
I believe what he is asking for is a cable that has "3" rings on one end for stereo and then sums them together to "3" rings for mic on the other end.

Is that right?

I do not think that exists, because there is a lot of potential for problems using such a cable. Even summing to mono "2" ring connector would be problematic to sell.
