Hello
I sold a buyer here on the forums a DFI SLI-DR that performs excelletn and works perfectly. I told him I used phase change on it before he paid.
Now he gets the board, says that it is dusty and has a little residue of seal string on the back of the motherboard, and wants a refund. Here are the pics he sent me.

Keep in mind I told him I used phase change, and that a quick blow of compressed air (which I was all out of) would take care of the dust.
Does this warrant a refund? I think not but want to see what you guys think. Also keep in mind that I sold it to him for a ridiculously low price...and shipped priority (And then he claimed he didnt get it for a week, only when I had proof of the shipping reciept did he say "oh yeah my bad someone hid it on me").
Refund his money or no?
