So I'm looking to buy some form of storage server to house mostly VMWare images (vmdks and what not) for my ESXi server. I'm trying to decide which would be the better choice, building my own or buying something like the Patriot Javelin C4, which is currently 200 dollars on NewEgg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=361116&SID=FWaijsbd)

Any thoughts? Either way I'd be looking to get it all for less than 250 without drives.
