Geek Squad employees and the inner “Nerd Lee” in all of us have a reason to rejoice! Finally someone has made a USB thumb drive that will make you look hella cool when you whip it out. The bad news is they cost $60. You might have to sell off your homebrew DDR3-SATA cable nunchucks to afford one of these. Bummer.
 
I HAVE TO HAVE ONE!!!!!! Too bad it's only 2GB. I'll whip this thing out at meetings for my tablet PC.
 
For $60 they could have made it out of metal though. Still want it. I'll call it my Ready Boost Cache of Intimidation!!
 
If they make it:

- >16gigs

I'll buy it...but even for a gag gift $60 is a outlandish.
 
That got me thinking of those all metal cd jewel cases they used in AntiTrust for some reason. (That you can't really buy)
 
At only 2GB no thanks. My 8GB thumb drive is small enough. These thumb drives incorporated into different products are not a good idea. I think the worst one I've ever seen was the time my wife dragged me into Swarovski's and she saw this crystal/usb drive monstrosity. She wanted to buy it for her friends b/d. I talked her out of it.
 
I got a butterfly knife car key for my RAV4. It was pretty cool, except latch is loose, so the handles keep open up. But for 60, thats too much.
 
Totally weak!

If it was a real knife, maybe... but that thing is just silly looking. If someone whipped that out, i would think dork.

Speaking of that, how about a pocket knife with a flash drive? that would be a lot more useful. I am sure someone makes something like that.
 
maybe somebody will mod a real one, generic butterfly knives are like $5-$10 so i dont see why these guys are charging $60 with a 2 gig card. looks cool, but i like the bottle opener one from the other posts.
