when you ask for help, it helps to post specs. In this case naming your CD burner would help ;)

Other than that, the only thing I can say is either use media that is rated for 52x or to upgrade the firmware on your burner.
 
no high speed burner above 16x burns at advertised speed across the entire cd. they start out much slower and slowly ramp towards that speed towards the end of the burn.
