What are the best programs to burn in my memory, CPU and GPU? Should I be using 3D Mark software or something else?
 
I only use programs like that to test for stability.
Components dont need burning in.
 
ORTHOS is the most popular one nowadays, I'd say. It's a mix of several apps into a "suite" for just running a machine to it's max but not the video card itself.

Prime95 is still a good torture tester for long periods of time as well.
