I looked in the FAQ's and nothing was mentioned about "bumps". I guess it's something that pushes your thread up within a certain time period? How do you bump someone or? Thanks...
 
A bump is when you post in a thread just to bring it back up to the top. They are limited to at least 6 hours apart in the fs/ft forum. There's no official limit in the other forums, but if you bump within a few hours or before it even slips off the first page then people generally aren't too happy about it. If your post has gone a few days without a response then it's usually okay to bump it, though.
