Hey people can you guys give me your opinion and rating on these parts that i am getting plz? will i need to get another cpu cooler?

Specs:
Intel P4 540 3.2Ghz HT LGA 775
Giga-byte 8I915P Duo Pro
Giga-byte 6600GT
1GB DDR 400MHZ/PC3200 Kingston
16x Dual layer dvd burner LG
120GB seagate SATA barracuda 7200RPM 8MB cache
Omni 4720B
4X 120mm case fans
Creative inspire 5200 5.1

If it is strictly for gaming I recommend the A64 chips over P4s. But if you are doing other things, such as video editing, then it is a good choice (although the A64 is no slouch either). If you do a lot of regular everyday things such as surfing the web, office programs, etc., I have heard that HT tech does make Windows feel smoother.

Actually the EVGA is probably better. I knwo the EFX score dhigher then the MSI. MSI is ok but not best

BTW the heatsink on the MSI is NOT copper. It is aluminum painted a copper color..
 
For the graphic card i think i won't be going for the MSI or the EVGA, i will probably go for the Giga-byte or ASUS. :)
