Next month I'm going to have some extra spending money and I was planning on building a new Intel based system for browsing the web, doing some Photoshop work, and some gaming while my better half is on my Athlon 64 gaming rig. I want to go with a 775 PCI-E based system. Here is the parts I picked out from Zipzoomfly:

Intel Pentium 4 530J 3.0 Ghz
Asus P5GD-1 VM
Corsair Value Select 256 MB PC3200

I'm pretty set on the processor and memory (will be adding another stick of the same I have already). Would you go with this motherboard, or another? I'd like to stay with a micro-atx motherboard since they case I have only supports that size.
