Building new system, questions about overclock.

I am about to start building a new computer and make my first attempt at overclocking with it. I'll list the main parts and then my question.

Motherboard - Sapphire Grouper 939 board <- not out yet, but looks nice, i'm interested in it
Processor - Athlon 64 3700 SD or Athlon 64 4000 SD
Memory - 2 gigs of Corsair XMS PC4400C25, 4x512mb
Video card - waiting till ATI releases R520 to decide
Power supply - OCZ Powerstream 520 watt or Seasonic S12-500
Hard drive - Seagate SATA hard drive, thinking about 200 - 300 gb
Processor cooling - hoping to use a Thermalright XP-120, if not hopeful for a XP-90


I will obviously want to overclock the processor, but my question pretains to the memory. I already have 1 gig of that Corsair RAM, and was going to order more.

Since that RAM is rated at speeds up to DDR550, I should have no problems overclocking and keeping that RAM 1:1 with my processor right?

I don't want to use a divider. I've seen many say that a divider doesn't detract that much performance, but I'm stubborn and would rather run 1:1. I know I would have to run at a 2T command rate, which I have no problem with.

Please some help on this matter. Thank you in advance.

You may still want to use a divider to improve your oc.Theoretical, but quite possible scenario with nice even numbers:

CPU 2700mhz
HTT 300 x 9
166 ram divider (5:6) = 250 (246mhz actually)

Ram is kept at stock speeds, so you get to use tighter timings, and possibly run 1t, which is the biggest memory performance increase on a64's.
