Building new system - need advice

Hey,

I am n00b when OC is concerned. I am planning a new system build for computational chemistry. Requirements: air-cooled only. Preference: very low cost, dual processor MB.

Any ideas?

I am told that a dual XP 1800+ system scored very high marks with the software that I am using.
 
I was looking at a Tyan board for OC. Can anyone recommend a good dual processor OC mobo?
