Building new box...

Is the RAM from the Dell any good? You should look at the chip and see what kind of timings and such it is capable of. Other than that, a bit nicer vid card would be nice but if you're on a budget that might not be possible.
 
the ram from the Dell is pc2700 and i realize the 3200 stick will be lowered to 2700, but i plan on buying another stick of 3200 soon after.
