You're missing a power supply. Since this seems like it will be for work rather than play, don't skimp; A lower-end Seasonic unit or something similar would be a great choice.

One change I'd suggest would be to change the motherboard to an Intel H67-based board instead. Intel board lack a lot of the tweaking options of more "boutique" options, but they're rock solid and generally a bit cheaper. An example would be the Intel DH67BLB3.

Also, I'd recommend you an i7 instead of an i5 and a non-K edition processor. You won't be overclocking, so the "K" versions do nothing for you and you would actually benefit from the addition of hyperthreading in your work. I'd shoot for the i7-3770.
