Building and Intel system..need some feedback

My old 3.06B (533fsb) Northwood is starting to look a little long in the tooth so im in the early planning stages of my next system, I am kinda out of the loop here but I threw this togeather quickly on Ncix.com (Canadian online computer store), the stores policy is that they assemble it for you if its over $2000cdn but I dont have a problem putting it togeather myself. Anyway here is a screenshot of what i threw togeather, I am thinking that mabey the ram is my weakest link but im a little out of the loop on DDR2 so if anyone could provide some input on that it would be great.

Note: Depending on what happens at this Intel conference on Aug 23rd i may just wait for Conroe as my Northwood isnt treating me THAT badly, i just thought i would take a look and see whats out there.
 
I saw the prices and started to flip out, then I remembered its canadian, get the GTX not the 7800gt the price difference is only $40
 
At sites ive looked at the GT and GTX are more then 40 bucks apart, im wondering if my northwood/6800nu combo will be able to last long enough for the next generation of dual core (conroe), guess ill have to wait and see when thats comming out. About the ram i noticed there is alot faster DDR2 Modules on the market then 533 but they are also alot more, i could probably only afford 1gb of DDR 750mhz, is there a big preformance difference here or it more for the ultra high end over clocking crowd?
