So I am currently building a web-server to host my personal portfolio page. It is going to be a simple .html page containing high-rez images of my 3d modeling work and a demo reel that is both viewable and downloadable. I do not except more than 20 users at any one time browsing my site.

Could you guys reccomend any sort of setup that would be easy on the wallet? I have only built Enthusiest PCs so I have no clue what a webserver would require. Are there any secret deals or tricks you could give me?

Well...

I own an NSLU2 which I have re-flashed and I run THTTPD on it (it could run Apache but I wanted something really light).

and thats about it...

if you want a web-server get hold of some dirt-cheap low-end spec hardware (PIII, 128Meg of RAM...) and put something like Debian-Linux onto it

If you need a server, I have a Dell Poweredge Im trying to get rid of for cheap.
