1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and photoshop for personal use

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
800 USD before tax

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
USB 3.0. Will not SLI definitely. Sata 6gps. Waiting on Pascal for GPU, Must have Intel NIC. Sufficient clearance for the CPU cooler.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

I am not so sure on Motherboard. I dont need SLI capabilities but cheaper motherboards may have worse VRMs that might not OC as well. I am considering the following.
Asus Z170 A
Gigabyte UD5
Gigabyte UD3
Gigabyte HD3
AsRock Pro4

Any opinions on the above MBs?
