Well, some of you might remember, a while ago I made a post called Building a PC (Found here: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1300011)
and I promised you guys to tell how it all worked out!

After a hell lot of phonecalls and a lot of screaming at under payed phone answering people, I got all my stuff about a week after I ordered. Put it all in, did the wiring, booted first time. Was quite excited about that, it being my first self-build pc and all. Installed windows in the blink of an eye and XP x64 seems to work like a charm! Driver support isn't bad at all. There are a few (very few, but a few) programs that do not work on it, have driver support for all of my stuff though. So I'm happy with that.

My next step is to redo the wiring to be honest. It's not THAT bad right now, (I'll get pictures up tomorrow, if I have the guts to do so :p) but there are things that bother me, like fan cables hanging around and a flat IDE cable going through my entire case (should get a round one, didn't pay attention when I picked my DvD Writer, uses those ugly flat cables)
Who knows, you might be able to give me a hand in re-doing the wires ;)

The only thing that I'm not satisfied with is the overclocking, I can't even get 3.8Ghz stable under 1.4V (Insane Vdroop and Vdrop though, could explain it) and I don't want to break my pretty CPU.

Actually I just wanted say thank you one more time, since I owe you guys a lot. Especially enginurd, tiraides and magoo, but also all of you other people that have helped me.
Also, if this thread isn't really appriciated since it doesn't add a lot of value to the forum, just delete it. :)

always nice to hear things working out for people on this thread. you should post up some pictures of your rig
