I've been out of the computer scene for a little but someone asked me to build system for him for some gaming.

Here is what I'm looking at. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Asus Rampage II Extreme Motherboard
Intel Core i7 920 Processor
Corsair Core i7 Dominator 6GB PC12800 DDR3 RAM
Creative Labs SB X-FI Titanium PCIe Sound Card
WD VelociRaptor 150GB SATA HD
XFX GeForce GTX 275 Core Edition Video Card - 896MB

Whats a good PS to power this? And a good CPU cooler that is relative quiet if no OC'ing is going to be done?
 
The stock cooler is relatively quiet and cools fine if you're not overclocking.
