Building a new pc.

[skitzlfritz]

I need suggestions/help to build a new gaming computer from scratch. I haven't ever started to build from scratch, only upgraded existing computers. I'm also out of date with new computer technologies.

Your mission should you choose to accept... :
What would your build be for a gaming machine if you were to build in the next month?
Processor, Mobo, Ram, Vidcard, PSU, the works... (don't worry about monitor/software)

I can spend as much as 2500, but no need to go that high if you can build a beast for less

thanks for the help

Will it be a PC strictly for gaming or will there be other uses?

It will be primarily a gaming machine. It'll get used for other things too, internet, wordprocessing, normal stuff llike that, but nothing that shouldn't be easily handled by any decent computer. If there's some reason that might not be true, let me know.
