1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming some video editing.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
1250-1400
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, 16gb ram,midsize case with at least 2 usb 3.0 ports maybe even a 3c, gpu. motherboard, PSU. soundcard? (Have Klipsch Pro Media Ultra 5.1 speakers and would like to take advantage of it), CPU cooler, Bluray dirve.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
SSD Samsung evo 850 500gb, 4tb HGST HD. Keyboard, Mouse
6) Will you be overclocking?

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Currently 24" 1920*1200 plan to go to 32" 1440p or 4K
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
1-2 months
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Crossfire or SLI support? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? etc.
Plenty of USB 3 ports one C, bluetooth and wifi, and 2 m2 slots.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Need the OS

I prefer intel and nvidia.
 
buy a prebuilt from a reputable integrator. they don't seem to be affected by the insane gpu overpricing.
