Building a Conroe 1U rackmount server

Is this currently possible? Maybe just build from a standard conroe mobo with integrated vid card (any of these out yet?). Just curious, it's something i'd like to try.
 
dell is already selling rackmount woodcrest servers (new xeon from conroe)

wouldn't see why you couldn't do one with a conroe.
 
Im looking at doing the same and trying to find a low profile motherboard (i used a gigabyte one once and had to desolder the audio jacks, as they were too high), the Intel D975BX looks a good board, but then the heatsink on the northbridge? looks to big and due to the positioning of everything else there would be no real room for the heat of the cpu to go (it cant go up). I guess this is why you should got with a woodcrest system where the memory is better positioned to handle the airflow.

If anybody does build one for a 1U rackmount server, please let me know what board you used :)
