I'll be using Tigerdirect to buy my items from. I have already picked out all the stuff I need, I just want to make sure everything matches up with each other, not missing anything, and I also need all the NECESSARY cables that I need to hook up everything, can you guys let me know what cables that are not included with the item, can you tell me what I need? I'd get a quality power supply like the Neo Eco 400w from Antec.
 
The retail motherboard package should come with at least two SATA cables, though many boards come with four or six SATA cables. You obviously need a video cable to connect the monitor to the video card, but I'm assuming that you already have that. The case should have enough screws to mount the motherboard, power supply, and at least two drives.

Even though you picked out everything, I have a few questions about your parts:

- Why the third-party CPU cooler? Did you buy an OEM processor?
- That XION PSU that comes with the case isn't very good. Do you have a replacement PSU on hand already?
- Out of curiosity, what's the primary role of this system?
- Red text? Do you really think that we need it?

I will be spending this computer more on suring the website, a lot of online streaming (China/USA sites), and very little on gaming but there will. Are those specs okay? I'm willing to go a little higher price, if the quality if good.

Ps. Main goal for this system is streaming online sites fast enough with little lag as possible.
 
First off sorry for the red text, my computer screen is a bit small and I didn't know it would turn out so big. I have chose another powersupply, but that CPU cooler is a necessity, because the motherboard/CPU package doesn't include a CPU cooler.
 
Most of the above parts aren't what I'd normally suggest, but in this case, I don't know what to suggest. I can tell that you're trying to keep things as inexpensive as possible, and you don't appear to need much in terms of raw power. However, the "light gaming" is a concern as it's largely subjective and is based on which games you play and the resolution you play them at.

So there's no confusion, the parts that you've chosen will work together. Though I'm not a fan of power supplies that are bundled with cases (save for Silverstone and Antec, which use some pretty good PSUs), I believe that the XION PSU can handle online streaming. (The case that you're using also limits what PSUs can be used; absent some long-overdue research, the SilenX PSU would be a good substitue.) And the HD5450 is more than capable of handling HD video, though its gaming capabilities depend largely on the game(s) played and the resolution used for gaming.

Can you wait a day or two? Your multiple revisions are giving me the indication that you aren't sure about your selections.

But to answer your questions: Stick with the XION PSU that comes with the case for now, as I don't anticipate you requiring much power. The processor is fine for the most part, though the video card and the processor both play a role in how many video/audio streams you can run simultaneously. Go ahead and double the RAM amount if you want, but if you can find a single 4GB stick for the same price as two sticks (or a 2x2GB dual channel kit), go with that instead. And the optical drive will fit inside the case, as the case has an opening for a standard 5.25 inch drive.

But if you can, please sit on your build list for a day or two. I want to research a few things and come up with an alternative build to consider.
