Is it possible to build a custom case out of wood? My friend and I want to build a custom case, but don't want it to cost too much. We want it to look auto car shiny (or less if that's not possible). Is there a way to sand it and spray paint it and then make it shiny (clear coat? varnish?) Is it safe to make a case out of wood? Or will wood be a problem?
