I'm looking to replace my "aging" coolermaster wavemaster with something a little more fancy looking, something like an HDPC

I've done some research and looked at some reviews, and I've all but settled on ordering the silver Zalman HD135 case. I love the way it looks, it's second only to the Silverstone LC16M-S, I'll get to that in a minute.

My computer specs:
AMD A64 3200+ w/cnps7700alcu
DFI Ultra-D
OCZ 520w PowerStream
OCZ 2x512mb VoltageX PC3200
2x Seagate 320gb SATA2 7200rpm
1x DVD-RW SATA
HIS X1950pro w/IceQ cooler
Audigy2ZS

Will this case hold all of the parts I have currently? Will it be able to have them run at decent temps with reasonable noise levels? Also, how will it fair when the time comes to upgrade. I also plan on upgrading my main hardware shortly after, that is a Intel C2D 6600 processor with a Zalman 9700NT cooler, new motherboard (obviouslly), 2GB of decent ram, and a good sound card (Leaning towards X-Meridian) . I do NOT overclock my system, but I do use it for minor video editing (VERY minor), as well as photoshop, games, and downloading. Will all of this new hardware fit and run in this case? Is my idea to make a gaming machine in a reciever styled case a far fetched dream? It will not sit in an A/V rack, but it will sit beside me on a glass desk.
