I want to add a cheap quad-core to my WCG crunching. Need to keep things cheap and AMD. Here is what I am leaning towards

9600BE
BioStar 760G on board vid
G Skill 2x2 DDR2 800, only 24 bucks in combo with 9600
Thermaltake 430w TR2 series power supply

From crunching on my 5200+ 2.7 gz and 9850 @3gz i am figuring 12 - 16 WUs a day.
I am hoping the board will allow turning off the TLB bug fix, will run Win XP 32 bit. Can do Linux if better for some reason.

Thoughts, opinions?

Thanks

im not sure if the board will allow you to turn the TLB bug off.. i dont think i have that option even in my biostar TA78G m2+ board.. but thats not a bad setup at all..

64 bit OS'es get more points per day than 32 in WCG, and linux is free, so that's 2 reasons to use ubuntu x64 instead of Windows 64 bit ! :)
