[BUG] read a post, post a reply, reply goes before post?

I have been noticing a possible small bug in the forum.

let say i am reading a replay that was posted at say 2:15 , it so happens to be 2:15:07 for me, and i post a reply to the post thatis already tjhere.


My post is then put above the post that is already there.... ?

basically it seems like if you post a reply to a thread, and your reply occurs with in the same minute as the post above your - it will places your before the other post.
