Bug in topic title edit ?

I made a FS/FT topic to part out my main computer and the title listed a few of the parts I wanted to sell. After selling the RAM, i need to change the title to reflect this fact so I edited it. While in the topic, i can see the changed title but if I look at the FS/FT topics list, the title isn't edited. Is that normal ?
 
From the FAQ:

(8) Why can't I change my Thread Title..... or how do I change it?
Members can edit the thread titles for a 10 minute period after posting, after that time you will have to contact the forum mod or an Admin to make the change for you. The reasons go back several years when the title changes were severely abused. The moderators will be happy to help you edit your titles.

Ok, this made sense since the topic was made yesterday.

I guess contacting a moderator mean PMing the one in charge of the area ?
 
The forum moderators, a super moderator or an admin can all make the change for you, take your pick :)
