Budget sound card

Hey, I'd really like to get a nice but no more than 45$ sound card. What do you suggest? I have sennheiser HD555 headphones(huge connector thing problem). I won't be doing any 5.1 surround sound, I just want good quality and fucking insanely good drivers.
