Budget SFF Build critique

That PSU is probably about an inch wider (deeper?) than some alternatives, might not be a problem, I don't know how cramped that case is.
 
It was always was $150 Kil4Thril... it just just how newegg cart works, their are 2 free games bundle with that 4870.

It should fit no problem, I've seen v351 builds with psu's that are 140mm deep and it looks like they have a few cm to spare. The OCZ psu is 160mm.

Oh my, so my OCZ is actually a much larger PSU than is normally run on these? I guess I should browse that PCV topic and see what people are getting. I want to have as much room as possible for airflow and convenience sake. Do you have any suggestions?

For $50 extra I would definitely ditch the 4850 and get the 4870 1GB. More VRAM, GDDR5, higher performance, and 2 games for only $50 extra is a great deal.

I wouldn't say it's much larger, I was just using the other psu as a comparison. 160mm psu will fit fine, going with something smaller isn't going to have any affect on airflow, it's at the top of the case.
 
Could I get clarification on the issue of if I need a CPU cooler and what modular PSU would be a better buy?
 
I can't comment on the PSU as mine hasn't arrived yet, however I would check out the 20+ page thread on the V350 for ideas. The cooler would definitely be worth the cash.
