Budget psu

I am looking for a budget psu 500-600 W I know that psu is not something you should cheap out on, that si why i am wondering if there are any budget psu out that is stable and good quality.

What are the specs of the PC that you need a new PSU for?

This will be going on a watercooled, desktop with 2 hard drives and a e8400 with a 8400 gs video card so i don't really need anything crazy powerful.
But I just picked this up today, what do you guys think of it.
