Budget PSU suggestions?

I'm putting together a very low budget PC for my grandfather to use, mostly for email and web browsing, and I'm trying to pick out a very inexpensive but reliable PSU to throw in it. Here's the rest of the specs:

Parts I already have that I'll be using:
Biostar T-Force 6100-939
A64 3200+
2x512mb Corsair Valueselect
Cheapo black Rosewill Mid-tower case
56K modem

Parts I'm buying:
80 gig SATA hard drive
Black SATA burner (all my spares are white, and want it to match the case... SATA just to keep the cabling cleaner in the case, and it's only a few dollars more)
Cheap Logitech KB and mouse (black.. once again so it matches)

I'll be using the onboard sound and video. I need an inexpensive PSU to power this beast ;)

So what do you folks think?

I don't want to spend a ton of money since he'll probably only use it once a month or so (his last PC is about 7 years old and he discovered recently that it won't power up after not trying to turn it on for 6 months. a power surge took out his AC over the summer and the PC is on the same circuit so I'm assuming it killed that also).
 
Between the 2 you picked, I'd go with the Antec hands down. Based on how low spec'd the rig you're building is, it should do just fine. Others who have more experience may want to offer some more advice, but with that system, you are not going to be using alot of power.
 
I'd go with the 350w, I doubt he's a gamer so the lower power usage will save him a tad on the power bills.

Getting a lower wattage PSU to save power is a moot point as they only supply the amount of power that the computer needs to run. A computer that uses 200 watts will use 200 watts with a 350w PSU or a 1000w PSU.

That's exactly what I was thinking, thanks for the feedback... I think I'll go with that cheap Antec.
 
Well, that Antec is no longer available from newegg, so any other suggestions on a reliable $20-30 PSU for the rig I mentioned above.
 
Well, if you are still looking for a cheep PSU, I have a couple of extra 350W ones that are nothing special, but if you are interested in them (you would only have to play shipping) then PM me.

Huh? People go and buy $400 Dell systems all the time and do just fine. Does he need to build a $1500 gaming system just because it's for someone in his family?
 
He means the psu, not the system.

Dell uses proper psu's, and to save money, they buy everything in bulk. a psu is definatly something you don't want to skimp on, and that fsp should be just fine.
 
I didn't reply because I thought he meant the system rather than the PSU... I think an A64 3200+, 1 gig Corsair ram, 80 gig hard drive, DVD burner, etc is a damn fine system for my grandfather to use for web surfing and email. I just wanted a reliable PSU to power it. Everything is here now, and I'll build it and give to him this weekend :)
