How are ATI drivers now? I haven't had an ATI card since Radeon 9800 :p
 
Mobo, RAM, case looks good.

Would go for the same PSU lt shiro posted.

Would step up to a 5850 if you're gaming. Could save a few $$ and get the X3 720 rather than the quad core. For gaming the emphasis needs to be GPU. As long as the CPU doesn't bottleneck it you're fine.
 
Terrible deal on the GTX 260 for $215. The PSU is also not good. The one that it_shiro just listed is a better option. Also, here is a combo video card/psu $220 for this combo is only $5 more than that GTX 260 video card.

Oh, BTW, in case you missed it, there is a combo on that Antec 300 case + ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X both for $159.94

asus 790x is a very nice board. or even the 785g evo. both boards have pleanty of room to grow.
 
What size monitor?
What games, and at what res/settings?
If you don't need CFX, you can save some cash and get a 770T instead.
