1080p 24" gaming display, not going to be used to watch movies/tv

1920x1080 23.8" IPS with 144Hz refresh rate and FreeSync
There are few such monitors with similar price. I would not go any lower than 120-144Hz if you serious on gaming and would avoid any TN or VA panels.
