Budget compy advice please!

I'm trying to build a budget system that will allow me to play games like SWG and CoH. Video card is not included in this right now. I want to get everything else straight. I could really use some help from ubergeeks selecting the right components. Here's what I have picked out so far...

Case: MAXTOP Sentinel Type II w/350W psu
Hard Drive: WD Special Edition 80G
RAM: 2 x Corsair Value Select 256MB PC-3200 Cas 2.5ish
CD-R/RW: Lite-On 52x32x52x16 Combo Drive
Mobo: ASUS A7N8X Nforce2 Ultra 400 chipset
CPU: AMD 2500+

You are one idiot there. My mobile 2400+ is running nice in the Asus 7ns8x board.
 
The mobile chips are unlocked and run with lower voltage. They are great overclocking chips. I have mine at 200x12 and haven't even tried to push it more.
