am i missing anything? recommendations? suggestions? help is appreciated (ps: i dont need monitor or speakers)

ps: right now i am at 1153...pushing the limit. if anyone know how i can decrease the price a bit without sacrificing much, plz lemme know

Only 3 things i'd change:

Instead of the Antec PSU, I'd get a OCZ modstream or Enermax 495ax or bluestorm.

Instead of the Asus board, I'd go with the DFI Ultra-D

Instead of the Lian-Li case, get the Skyhawk Aluminum.

That should save you a couple bucks and give you the same quality (Case) or better (mobo, psu) components.

If you're up to it, invest the saved money in a X800XL or even a X850XT.

Why the sound card? That's $11 you can shave off there with no problem. You're on a budget, after all.

x800 pro is a big no-no. x800XLs are the same price and faster.

i thought onboard sound takes more power from cpu?

I would go with a Built Buy ATI X800XL instead of the Rosewill (if they have it there). But definately go with the XL over the Pro - the same or better performance for a cheaper price.
Also, I would recommend a different soundcard, or just use your mobo's onboard sound (which is probably better than that soundcard anyway).
