BTX Water Cooling?

Im looking to add some watercooling to a shuttle mod project that uses the PicoBTX form factor. Not a whole lot of information out their that covers it and what does is a few years old. I see that Koolance and Thermaltake made BTX blocks but those are brand that I generaly shy away from, probably shouldve from this form factor as well.;)

Are their any modern blocks that have adapters that support this? Did the Thermaltake or Koolance blocks use and adapter that might be able to be reused on a newer block? Anyone successfully done, or seen, this with a block other then the two brands mentioned?
