until recently i had the computer set to automatically restart instead of display a bsod when there was a critical error. whenever i overclocked my memory t 210 mhz (stock is 204, cpu would be 210x10), 2-3-3-10-1T (2-3-3-6 is spd timings for this ram), 2.8v (board overvolts to 2.89), the computer used to restart a lot.
when today i decided to allow bsods so i could investigate any my crashing problems, i decided to try this oc again. note that my computer will not even post past 210mhz, 1t for mem, and i have to use 2t. once computer had booted, i ran firefox and almost immediately was greeted by my first bsod since using win me. it said:

What does this mean? how could i prevent it and allow this oc (it's not exactly a major oc, but it uses 1T, and i can't get stable oc results that match the mem perf of 1T even if i use the relaxed 2T, though cpu perf is greater)?
