BSODs during Windows 7 Installation

I don't want to sound generic but my PC is throwing me random BSODs during Windows 7 Installation. I'm using a usb flash drive to install it and used it on many other PCs.
Most of the BSODs are Page faults and some of them are PFN Corrput errors.
Tested the RAM with memtest86 and got no error.
Interesting thing is that I'm using the same PC at the moment but with XP from its second hard drive.:confused:
The specs for the PC is here. I was using Windows 7 on this machine for more than 2 years now, just tried to reformat because of recent and frequent BSODs.
 
Installed Windows 7 to one of the HDD by plugging it to another machine. Now the Windows 7 runs but getting BSODs occasionally.
 
Could be one of two things...

RAM is bad and memtest didn't pick it up. Run it for a whole day (or at least 8 hours).
Relevant HDD is failing. Does it click?
 
hardware issue no doubt.

As Starhawk said its probably ram or HDD. my vote goes to the HDD. but not necessarily the OS drive

I only tested RAM for 3 hours or stopped after 4th pass. And the HDD isn't clicking.
May it be the SATA controller on Motherboard? The HDD, at least the one I checked worked flawlessly on my other PC. Can't test the RAM there since it is a DDR2 machine.
 
3 hours isn't enough.

Run it for literally a whole day -- at LEAST 8 hours.
 
Can also be PSU or leaking capacitors on mobo

There is no visible scar on MoBo, PSU gives correct voltages according to Bios values.
I'm starting to think it may be overheating since the fans are running like crazy most of the time, and the cpu is generally at 55 °C. Sometimes fans doesn't run that fast, especially after waking up windows from sleep, and I get 63 °C on cpu.

Update on the current situation: Windows 7 is running with occasional BSODs.
 
Maybe pull one of your RAM sticks and see how it works for a day? If it is still wonky swap the sticks and see if that works. Make sure to put some tape on your sticks and label them! It's amazingly easy to mix them up. Also, try moving your sticks to different sockets.

I had an issue with a machine once that would intermittently refuse to boot. I swapped out PSUs, checked the motherboard for bulging caps, the wiring from the harness, pretty much everything I could think of. And yes, the memory seemed fine, until I swapped the sticks around and found the bad one. Replaced the memory and the machine is still running today.

I actually tried that. It's a two ram set and I tried them one by one and switched places. One by one felt better at first, even managed to start the windows 7 installation but that was as far as it got.
By the way the ram is G.Skill F3-10600CL9-2GBNT x2. Running at (9-9-9-24) with 1.5V. Tried with more voltage too.
