FF4+flash+Xfire+ATI= random BSOD

Anyone else? BSOD always mentions ATI driver failed to reset and to check hardware or driver. It always happens when starting a flash video in Firefox4 but is not consistent and only does it occasionally. I just ran Furmark stability test and it passed fine. I can see no issue with the hardware itself or driver so WTF?

Using 2x5870 w/11.4 driver on Win7 64bit.
 
No BSOD´s but there is a lot of people complaining about weird things with 11.4.
 
OK, thanks, maybe I will go back a version or two and see if it still happens or not.
