Why do I get BSOD code 124 when just watching youtube? This happens once a week. My PC just freezes and then restarts. My overclock is stable at max cpu usage (prime95, gaming,etc.) however it crashes when just watching youtube? lol. What's going on here? Need help thanks.

Maybe its the GPU overclock? Flash video is GPU accelerated nowadays...
Have you updated flash recently? I've had it do funky things occasionally since the first GPU accelerated version came out. In order to fix them I had to disable GPU acceleration by right clicking on the video.

Well that's not helpful at all.
OP: I find it strange that it ONLY happens with Flash video. If you either bump the voltage or drop the overclock does it go away? Also, does it happen with any other accelerated video in a format other than Flash?
Its a buggy sound or graphics driver.
start->settings->control panel->administrative tools ->event viewer

This used to happen to me on my 6870. Right clicking on the video, selecting settings and unchecking "Enable hardware acceleration" made all my problems go away.
