System in sig. Windows 8.1 + Speedfan 4.49.

I get the following BSOD when starting speedfan.

Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (iaStorA.sys)

FIXED

In case anyone else comes across this issues here is the fix:

add /NOSCSISCAN to your target to open it.

Info onj how to do it: http://www.almico.com/sfarticle.php?id=3

Yeah I got something about an intel chipset error but I could not find any solution. Was hoping someone here came across the same error since a good deal of people use speedfan.

EDIT: I read the post I had looked at earlier wrong. In case anyone else comes across this issues here is the fix:

add /NOSCSISCAN to your target to open it.

Good to know, sorry for being very little help, i'm not a fan of Speed Fan as IMO there are better alternatives that work better (It never gave me consistant data)

Really? Have any suggestions? I'm actually not a bid fan of speedfan myself, but I have yet to find an alternative to control my pwm fans. It feels like some software from circa 2000.

Quick run down of my setup. I have 3 x 140mm chassis fans and 1 x 120mm chassis fan. On my cpu I have 2 x 120mm fans. The four chassis fans are connected to the two chassis connectors on my MoBo and the two cpu fan are attached the the cpu connector on my Mobo.

Goal: Is to control them similar to how you control your gpu fan through afterburner.

Thanks! Aquasuite looks like a nice piece of software. Will probably try to make that work in my next
build also!
