Trying to figure out an issue I am having at work with an end user.
We use ATI FireGL PCI based cards for dual monitor setups. We are using the latest drivers from ATI's website. The OS is Windows XP.
When the user remotes in from home using remote desktop through Citrix, his machine will BSOD when he logs off. It does not reboot, and then he can't get back into the system later unless someone hard boots it.
The file causing the BSOD is ATI2dvag.dll
We have tried new cards, and new CPU, and different RAM. We are trying to avoid a fresh image due to all of the special applications he uses.
Any help would be appreciated.
