So far, I only get it when gaming.

My RAM passed memtest.

I'm on a new install / partition...

Help, please. :(

1 pass.

not onboard.
I swapped out with a 9800 and my PC still restarted it's self. I was in the bathroom, so I didn't see the error.

I'm also getting system service exception BSODs.

750W ABS Tagan.

..

My HDDs in RAID 0 came up with a bad sector on HDTUNE.

Also, one of those drives does not vibrate very much at all when it's powered, compared to the other two. They're all the same model. Is it probably failing? Could that be the cause?

I was having both of the system service exception and the page fault BSOD repeatedly with my new build. It would only happen when my memory ran in dual channel mode. I replaced the motherboard and so far I haven't seen the error come back.

What are the parts in your system?

1 test with memtest is not enough to fully test it. Run an overnight test on it. Also if your HD is showing errors it is possible it is failing. I would start with a real memory test.

Also what are your system specs? Are you using DDR3? If so is it greater than DDR3 1333 MHz meaning you are overclocking your ram controller? Are all 4 or 6 ram slots full?
