BSOD help??

Have updated BIOS of mother board to latest 1201 and on GPU to the latest. now getting BSOD on the follow software:
CPUZ
ATI CCC
OCCT.
The memory is as per sig, and BIOS set back to auto, no OC or stressing? GPU now running with driver alone and CCC installed.
Did not have any probs with system as is before?
Any ideas?

Plan not to replace GPU and test. Then reduce memory and test.
 
List your complete part number and all the info from the stickers on the memory. When are you getting the BSODs. what are you doing at that time?
