Cant figure out why my pc keeps bsoding. It is not saving any log files in the minidump folder. I figured the issue was the motherboard as before it would bsod then it would not reboot correctly so it would not save a minidump. But I just swapped the motherboard and it is still giving me issues. I ran memtest for about an hour with no issues. Just cant figure this out, and its driving me crazy.

It is blue screening on a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate, and the drivers are all up to date.

System Specs
i7 930 Bloomfield
Evga x58 SLI 3x (was an Evga x58 SLI LE when the issue started)
12gb patriot ddr3 1600mhz
evga 470 gtx
kingwin laser 1000 watt psu
Intel and Crucial SSD
Samsung and a seagate standard 7200 rpm 1tb and 500mb drives
Coolermaster h50
LG BD Burner

I do have the event log record if anyone is good at diagnosing these this is about the only thing that actually logs:

Check to see if your settings are set to allow the BSOD to save logs:

2f92e667efcd687f901aa4b88a16de08

Then download WhoCrashed and take a look the next time you BSOD.

Changed the settings and its still not logging a .dmp file

Also started this bsod message as well. This is on a fresh install of win 7 ultimate.
STOP: c0000135 The program cant start because file %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
