BSOD and system service exception win32kbase.sys message

Can folks suggest ways that I can troubleshoot this?

I notice that this has been happening about once a day, in the last week or so.

Test your hard drive and ram. Also, do a full chkdsk c: /r on your primary hard drive. It would help to know which OS and what the error code is as well.
