BSOD and random restarts

For a few months now ive been crashing and getting random restarts, that say PFN list corrupt or IRQL not less or equal. a few days ago i couldnt even boot up my comp so i put together a new system except i used the same case and CDrom drive. now i still get the same crashes and cant even install windows, and i have no clue wtf it is..
 
I did keep my mushkin black RAM, but i switched that out with other RAM and it didnt help. The PSU is new.
 
Download Memtest86 onto a floppy or bootable cd and let it test your memory out.
If it reboots, etc, etc then your probably looking at a fault in the hardware.
If it runs but gives you errors then bad memory.
No errors after 3-4 passes then it maybe driver errors etc which are causeing your problems.

With the new system are you useing the same insall of Windozes or is it a fresh one.

Well it would be a fresh install, if i could reformat without crashing. I guess ill try memtest.
