I have a problem on my network that has me stumped. Every web browser on my network can only load every other URL that is entered. If you go to any web page it will either time out with page cannot be displayed, take up to 20 seconds before the page loads or it just loads like normal.

This happens even if your going to the same URL over and over. One time it will time out the next time it will just load perfectly.

My network setup is pretty simple switches are connected to a sonicwall firewall. The WAN port connects to an AT&T managed router which seems to work fine. I have a backup internet connection on a second NIC on the sonicwall and the same problem happens when traffic is routed through that.

No other network activity seem affected. Email, VPN connections FTP sessions and network file transfers are as fast as ever.

Any ideas anyone?

Packet loss? Try a constant ping to something over the WAN and see if you're dropping packets.

Code:
ping 4.2.2.2 -t

I don't get any packet loss on any computer I try pinging from. I even plugged my laptop directly into the router. No packet loss and perfect speed. Ping gets names from my DNS server instantly. I even tried setting a computer to use 4.2.2.2 as the DNS server and it changes nothing.
