Brown stuff on 7800GT

I just pulled my video card to help troubleshoot someone else's computer and I discovered that theres this brown stuff on my card does not look like it should be there. I have been experiencing unusually low framerates in some source games. I'm wondering if this may be a part of the problem, or if it is any problem at all. The card is a XFX GeForce 7800GT.

Looks like rust. Did you get water on it?

I have never gotten water near it, let alone on it.

Normal. Same stuff on both my 6800GS', and 8800GS.

yep normal. maybe a little corrosion from normal humidity.

I've sorta seen that before, and after a little googling, I think it's some chemical from the solder flux. The card's probably been getting hot (within it's operating tempretures) and just over time, some of the flux started seeping back out. I'm not entirely sure, but I think it's a bit less drastic answer than rust.

It is resin from solder flux (although the pics suck).
